Stop parenting that kid!
You hear me? (Scary news here.) Of course I don't advocate beating children. But I would imagine that parents responsible enough to spank their children are responsible enough to do it in love, or at least for their kid's good, instead of beating in anger. That's already a crime. It's called child abuse.

It's very interesting that the author of this bill has no children of her own. Spanking is good - just ask Bekah or Mariah :)
